- Full Personalised Training Programming: Custom plans including training phase planning, periodisation, and event peaking.
- Weekly Scheduling: Detailed schedules to maximize your training effectiveness.
- Physical Data Testing and Analysis: Regular testing, recording, and analysis to monitor progress and adjust training.
- Diverse Training Modalities: Programs covering BMX track work, strength & conditioning, sprints, plyometrics, and primer sessions.
- Focused Skill Development: Identification and enhancement of rider weaknesses to build strengths.
- Group Training Sessions: 2-4 sessions per week at Waikato BMX tracks, gym, sprinting facilities, or testing environments, focusing on weaknesses, technical skills, and elite-level training.
- Technical Feedback: Video analysis, race debriefs, and preparation plans for refining skills and strategies.
- Monthly Consultations: We call these our 'High Impact Sessions.' Meetings where we get to create maximum impact by meeting together and collaborating 1:1.
