How do I know that I am progressing?

You’ll know you’re progressing when you start hitting your training targets more consistently—whether that’s lifting heavier in the gym, producing more power in your sprints, or feeling smoother and faster on the track.
You might notice quicker recovery between efforts, more confidence in technical sections, and measurable improvements in your times or lap speed. Even our high-performance athletes have spent months overseas without Matt on the ground as their coach and have still made huge gains—proof that if you trust the process and stay consistent, the results will come.
